- Verica Hadzi Vasileva-Markovska

is the managing partner in AAG. She has extensive experience in business consultancy and policy advice in specific areas, mainly connected with different aspects of the business climate in Macedonia.

Before joining AAG she was a partner in Ernst & Young in Skopje and prior to that she was the head of the Privatization Agency in the Republic of Macedonia. Her early career was with the Economic Institute in Skopje. Verica is author and co-author of several books, numerous research and applicative projects, papers submitted and published locally and internationally. S

he holds an MA from the University St. Kiril i Metodij in Skopje in economics and GCBA from Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia. Verica is a certified valuator, certified auditor and mediator in Macedonia. She is currently a member of the Council of the Central Bank of the Republic of Macedonia and of the Council for Audit Supervision and Development. She is one of the founders and first president of the American Chamber in Macedonia.

- Vanco Uzunov

is partner in AAG. He is a Professor of Economics at the Faculty of Law at the University St. Kiril and Metodij in Skopje. His field of expertise is competitiveness, privatization, EU structural funds, economics of EU integration.

Prior to joining the University, he was the director of the Transformation and Restructuring Department of the Privatization Agency of the Republic of Macedonia. His early career was with the Economic Institute in Skopje. Vanco is author and co-author of several books, numerous research and applicative projects, papers submitted and published locally and internationally.

He holds a PhD from the University St. Kiril and Metodij in Skopje in economics. He is a Fulbright alumni and he was a visiting scholar at the Department of Law and Economics at the School of Law, University of California in Berkeley - USA. Uzunov is a recognized weekly columnist in an influential daily newspaper. He is a member of the National Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness Council of Macedonia. He served as adviser to the President of the Republic of Macedonia on EU integration.
